About Mr. StoneMr. Stone grew up in Nashua, New Hampshire, and started singing, playing guitar and bass while in middle school. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with Bachelor of Music degree, playing upright bass in jazz ensembles, orchestras, and musical theater orchestras under the instruction of Mr. John Hunter. He received a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from American Intercontinental in 2010, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Music Education from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. He began teaching chorus, general music and theater at the Higgins Middle School in October, 2005. In addition to his day-to-day classroom duties, he directs the Drama Club and Select Choir after school, and has directed the Elementary Honors Band and All-City Chorus in the past. He is still an active singer, guitar and bass player in the North Shore area. Mr. Stone currently lives in Waltham, Mass. with his wife and two sons.
